In 19 weeks, I have lost 64.2 pounds, 4.25″ off my hips and 4.75″ off my waist!

I had a wonderful time participating in this Challenge. It helped to have a defined time period and it definitely brought out my competitive nature. I found that as I neared the end of the 90-Day Challenge, I became even more determined and motivated to do well.

It was also nice to know that I wasn’t alone. I received much support from my wife, Karen, as well as many of my Facebook friends and the wonderful people at LIMU. The LIMU LEAN support calls were truly helpful. I appreciated being able to call a coach at LIMU when I had a question and they were always very friendly and helpful.

LIMU has provided what I needed to transform my eating habits and my life. I haven’t been this trim since 1986 and I am in the best physical condition ever! I feel wonderful and people tell me I look great. I am now only 9.2 pounds from my goal weight of 165 and life is lovely. Thank you for such a life-transforming product line!

My LIMU LEAN Summer Challenge journey has been nothing short of incredible for me. It actually starts prior to May 1st, when I started with LIMU LEAN on March the 22nd. For the past 16 years, I have been known as “Big Dee” because of my large size and girth. I have always been mortified when I see photos of myself to realize how overweight I have allowed myself to become. This effected my self-confidence and self-esteem to the point where I would often play dodge the camera, and let’s see what loose-fitting clothes I can where to try and hide my weight. At my high point, I weighed as much as 360 lbs. Many of my close friends and confidants would express their concern that my weight would ultimately lead to me having serious health issues.

When I started the LIMU LEAN program, I immediately saw results. I started feeling lighter and better right away, and I looked forward to my shakes each day because I knew not only were they good for me, but they tasted great as well. Right away the pounds started dropping; in the first 18 days, I lost 21 lbs. When the Summer in the Sun Challenge started, I was excited because it gave me that little extra motivation on the days of temptation to stick with the program and work hard to be all I could be.

By the time the Challenge ended, I had lost at total of 54lbs and 23 inches and a total of 87 lbs since starting LIMU LEAN, not to mention the 28 inches I lost as well. To date, I have lost 94 lbs and I feel great! I can do so much more than I could before and my self-esteem and confidence is through the roof now. I no longer dodge the camera, and I look forward to pulling the tags off the new clothes that I am wearing almost daily due to NOTHING that I had been wearing before fitting me.

I still have another 30 lbs to lose but at this point the weight loss mountain has become a small bump and I know it won’t be long before I am at my goal weight. I can honestly say that LIMU and LIMU LEAN have changed my life so much for the better. More importantly, LIMU LEAN has quite possibly saved my life as well. I have the confidence now and the knowledge of knowing that I will never go back to being “Big Dee” ever again. Thank you to The LIMU Company and your amazing products!

My weight loss during the 90-Day Challenge has been slower than I hoped, but I’m still losing, which is great. I believe my thyroid issue is part of my struggle, but the good news about that is my doctor keeps decreasing my thyroid medication due to my weight loss.

During the three months, I’ve lost 17 pounds and 17 total inches, including 4” off my hips, 2.5” off my waist and 2” off my chest. I may be a little slower to lose the weight, but I love LIMU LEAN. And, during the hot summer, it sure beats cooking meals!

I have really enjoyed the LIMU LEAN program. It is easy to follow and you don’t starve! The Appetite Controller gives me energy and helps keep my cravings in check. If I had been totally faithful to the program, I would have had more dramatic results. Midway through, my life of being a crazy, on-the-go mother of 7 children took over and I started to gain some back. After getting back on the program and starting a fitness class, I’m starting to see the pounds drop again. I am really looking forward to my goal of 160-165 pounds!

I started on LIMU LEAN in May. I was a little skeptical that it wouldn’t work, because, until now, nothing has. I’ve lost 30 lbs. in 9 weeks without exercising! This stuff really works, I’m not hungry and I get to eat almost anything I want for my meal. The rest of the day I have two excellent tasting shakes and several in between meal snacks. It seems like I’m eating all the time, but I continue to lose weight. I’ve also noticed I have a lot more energy and feel a lot better. Thanks, LIMU LEAN!

When I started LIMU LEAN, I was 254 lbs and my waist was 49 inches. 90 days later, I have lost 20 lbs and 3.5 inches off my waist! Unfortunately, I had some family issues come up that prevented me from sticking to the plan as diligently as I had hoped. The good news is though I didn’t lose any pounds during that time, I didn’t gain any either. I maintained the weight I had lost, which made it easier to get right back on. It is a wonderful program and if I had done the program correctly, I could have lost more weight and inches. Since things have settled down some, I am continuing on my weight loss journey and am already looking forward to a LEANer future!
